Not a easy matter to do unless you can read computer code with G code. Each driver has to have its own offset calculations. And when I whent to finish the work I couldnt remember how the computer worked let alone how the program worked. They gave me operation and a lot of drugs for the heart. I just finished it when I had a heart atack then conjested heart failure. I spent 3 month converting a vynl cutting program to work with vynl cutting 2 years ago for my cnc machine.
Then when the cutter tries to cut the holes the cutter would be on the inside of the holes and they would be to small. (a atachment that holds a vynl cutter knife) that you can make you would have to cut on the line. It is calculated in and when you tell it what to cut it just does it but the cnc program has the offsets to the side if you whanted to cut holes with a vynl cutter adapter. A vynl machine makes offsets by a program in the driver. It has to do with the way a cnc machine calcalates the offsets.
Yes you would have to use a drilling program.
